Capping off a great day!

12th June 2007

In late May, Sustainability South West (the charity which coordinates Fair Shares, Fair Choice) held a hands on Fair Shares, Fair Choice (FSFC) workshop with Tamar Valley AONB staff. The Tamar Valley team got stuck in with short interactive exercises which helped them to work out their individual carbon footprints and choose personal carbon-cutting challenges.

Ideas on how the AONB as a whole can develop a carbon action plan or 'CAP' were also explored and, with the help of FSFC resources, the organisation is now busy working up its plans.

FSFC will be offering resources for all organisations and businesses interested in running staff workshops soon via FSFC's workplace coaches.
