Cutting your carbon emissions is easy.  A few adjustments and you can do your bit on climate change and even benefit your well-being and bank balance too! Whether you're all set to meet the Fair Shares, Fair Choice carbon 'budgets' (the 2009 personal carbon budget is 3.9 tonnes) or need a serious carbon makeover, Beth has some helpful hints (and links to even more!) that can help.

Take a few minutes to use our carbon calculator to discover your current carbon footprint, and find out the areas of your lifestyle that use the most carbon.

For lots of easy steps and helpful hints for reducing your carbon see Beth's 'Carbon Challenges'. Go for the areas of your life that are most 'over budget' and where you can make easy changes.
